Map & Guide Overview

The Chamber distributes 15,000 maps among visitors and new residents at our Visitor Information Booth and through many local organizations, businesses and institutions.

The map provides a clear and detailed view of Main Street, as well as details of Garrison Landing and the Route 9 area around Philipstown Plaza. It also includes historical information, trail info and useful tips.

Advertising in the Cold Spring Map & Guide is a great way to let visitors and residents know about your business and direct customers to your door.

Your ad purchase helps the Chamber cover a portion of the production cost. The design and management of the map is made possible entirely by volunteers.


Advertising sales will open on Tuesday, March 3 at 9am.

Ads can be purchased online through the Chamber website - there will be a large link right on the homepage.

Only 28 spots are available; we sell out quickly every year so mark your calendar.

How to Purchase


Pricing

Cost: $200

Map ads are available to Chamber members only, located in Philipstown.

Members can purchase one advertising space per business or organization.

Duplicate or non-member orders will be canceled.


Artwork

Specs: Ad dimensions are 1.8”W x 2.1”H. Please submit print-quality artwork in either PDF or EPS format (no jpgs or pngs).

Reusing artwork: If you’re using the same design as last year, you don’t need to re-submit it - just email us to let us know.

Design service: If you’d like us to create your ad for you, a $50 fee applies.

Deadline: new artwork must be submitted by March 24. Please note that if your artwork is not received by the deadline, your spot may be released to the waitlist.

Terms: please note that the Chamber reserves the right to reject a design or request design changes.
