Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Philip Baumgarten Memorial Scholarship awarded by the Cold Spring Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of this scholarship is to award one Philipstown high school senior who modeled outstanding community engagement during their high school career by volunteering for a Philipstown nonprofit or charitable organization, working for or with a local business, or another community-based initiative. 

Candidates may be submitted through student applications and a nomination process. If you are a Philipstown high school senior and wish to apply, please complete a Student Application (link below). Do you know a deserving high school senior? We want to know them, too. Please complete a Nomination Application (link below). Applications received by April 26 will be considered.

The selected applicant will be presented with the scholarship award of $1,000 at The Cold Spring Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Meeting on May 14.
