In September 2021 David and Marianne opened West Point Foundry Bed and Breakfast in the newly restored 1826 historic Kemble House in the heart of Cold Spring, NY. It is a two room luxurious bed and breakfast. Both the Napoleon room and the French room offer scenic views of the Hudson River and surrounding highlands, elegant historic furniture and on-suite bathrooms with heated floors and rain showers. Leigh Ann our breakfast chef serves delicious made to order, locally sourced breakfasts, our house specialty is Galette Bretonne.
